Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel your subscription and our position on refunds.

1. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation takes effect immediately upon your request. Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Access During the Paid Period

After cancelling, you retain full access to all features and tools for the remainder of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is removed or restricted until that period ends.

3. Access After the Paid Period

Once your paid period ends, your account transitions to read-only access. You will continue to have access to view and read your existing manuscripts, notes, and related materials. Editing tools, generative features, and other premium capabilities will no longer be available unless you resubscribe.

4. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any subscriptions or services. All sales are final, and no partial or full refunds will be issued for unused time, early cancellation, or any other reason. Refund requests are not accepted.

5. Non-Refundable Items

All products and services offered by Quill Keeper are non-refundable.
